Kevin Lyons

Kevin Lyons is a highly motivated HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Pearson in London, where they are responsible for major components of the company's Assessment & Qualifications and Higher Education operations. With substantial experience in Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing, Kevin has developed and managed numerous HR initiatives, including a global talent mobility program and a Mental Health First Aider program. Previously, Kevin held director-level positions at Advanced Computer Software Group Plc, Walker International, and COA Solutions, and has extensive experience in employee relations, TUPE processes, and change management. They also possess a history of engagement in evidence-based human resources and are a member of the CIPD Policy Forum. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Reading and is a Fellow of The RSA.
