Leanne Hicks MSc.

Leanne Hicks MSc. is a highly experienced professional in the fields of trust, safety, and safeguarding. Currently serving as Global Manager for Trust and Online Safety at Pearson from September 2023 to February 2025, Leanne oversees all aspects of safeguarding, striving to promote a trusted digital environment. In a previous role as Group Head of Student Support and Safeguarding at Activate Learning from September 2006 to September 2021, Leanne contributed to transforming lives through education. Leanne holds a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from Buckinghamshire New University and possesses a strong educational background with multiple qualifications from institutions including Warriner School and Banbury Sixth Form College.
