Linus Rozario

Linus Rozario has over a decade of experience in human resources and reward management, currently serving as a Global Reward Partner for Higher Education, Virtual Learning, and Direct to Consumer at Pearson since November 2021. Prior to this role, Linus held various key positions at Pearson, including Lead Rewards for India and the Asia Subcontinent, Deputy General Manager of the Global Reward COE, and Rewards Manager. Linus's earlier experience includes working as Assistant Manager at Bosch and Associate Lead for Compensation & Benefits at Infosys BPO. Linus began a career in HR with an internship at Ernst & Young, focusing on recruitment support. Linus possesses a B.Com (Hons) in Commerce from St. Xavier's College and a PGDBM in Human Resource & International Business from the Institute of Finance and International Management.
