Lizzie Watts

Lizzie Watts is a senior leader in education strategy and performance, currently serving as Director of Strategy & VQ Standards at Pearson. With prior leadership roles at Pearson, including Director of Accreditation & Standards and Head of Standards, Lizzie has a robust background in managing assessment compliance and developing strategic initiatives. They have also held governor positions at Spinfield School and The Henley College, where they chair the Quality & Standards Committee. Lizzie co-chaired the Placed Based Education working group at The Foundation for Education Development and previously chaired the JCQ Standards & Technical Advisory Group. Lizzie earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
