Lucy-Ann Pickering is an experienced professional in education and learning, currently serving as a Partner in Digitally Enabled Education and Digital Education Partner at the University of South Wales from October 2018 to May 2025. Prior roles include Visitor Services Officer at The Churches Conservation Trust, where Lucy-Ann managed visitor engagement at a historically significant church, and Education and Learning Manager at the Royal Mint Museum, responsible for developing educational programs and resources.
