Matheus MacHeraldi

Matheus Macheraldi has extensive experience in production and performance management within the printing industry. Currently serving as Especialista de Performance e Controle at Pearson Brasil since September 2019, Matheus previously held positions as Coordenador de produção at Grupo Print Laser, where responsibilities included oversight of production processes and KPI monitoring, and at Pearson Brasil in various supervisory roles focused on maintenance and production optimization. Earlier experience includes working as a Técnico Mecânico at Muller Martini, where Matheus trained in Switzerland and installed graphic finishing equipment. Matheus holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
