Matt Holmes is an accomplished educational leader and musician with extensive experience in the field of performing arts and music education. Currently serving as the Head of Kingston Sixth Form and Curriculum Area Manager at Yeovil College since February 2019, Matt has previously held significant roles including Head of Performing Arts and A Level Manager at Strode College and Course Team Leader in Contemporary Music/Musical Theatre at South East Essex College. In addition to these positions, Matt has been an Examiner and Standards Verifier for Edexcel since May 2001, showcasing expertise in various qualifications such as A Level Music Technology and BTEC Performing Arts. As a freelance musician since June 1997, Matt also operates as a Musical Director and Vocal Coach. Matt holds a PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management from De Montfort University.
