Matthew Murtaugh is a seasoned IT Director and Enterprise Architect with over 12 years of experience in leading technical teams and delivering transformational enterprise technology solutions across various domains. They most recently served as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Pearson, overseeing global customer service and call center platforms while setting strategic visions and technology roadmaps. Prior roles include managing a business analysis team at AICPA and acting as a Principal Enterprise Architect, where they designed architectures for customer relationship management and content management systems. Matthew holds multiple degrees, including a BA in English from Binghamton University and an AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
