Neha Arora

Neha Arora currently serves as the Director and former DGM Finance at Pearson, having joined in July 2013 as the head of finance for IndiaCan, where responsibilities included end-to-end financial control, planning, analysis, and enhancing financial reporting quality. Neha successfully redefined processes, reduced outstanding debtors, and ensured compliance with laws and regulations. Prior to Pearson, Neha gained 12 years of experience at Price Waterhouse, starting as an Article Trainee and advancing to Senior Manager in the Assurance and Business Advisory division, where project management of audit financial statements for key clients was a primary focus. Neha holds a CA degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B Com (H) degree from Delhi University.
