Nilan Perera is a Senior QA Manager at Pearson Lanka, possessing over 22 years of experience in the IT field. They have expertise in Software Quality Assurance, Project Management, and various software process models, and they hold multiple certifications including CSQA, PMP, ACP, CSM, and SAFe. Nilan's career began as a banker at American Express before transitioning to roles in web development and project coordination. They significantly contributed to the establishment and growth of the QA department at Pearson Lanka, managing numerous teams and driving key initiatives in quality engineering and DevOps. Nilan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Colombo.
