Pat Leonard

Pat Leonard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development across the education and workforce sectors. Currently serving as VP of Alliances and Partnerships at Pearson since February 2022, Leonard has also held significant roles at Credly since 2016, focusing on enabling organizations to recognize and communicate industry-valued skills. Previous positions include Divisional VP at Laureate Online Education, where Leonard rebuilt an international sales team and developed new client-facing data reports, and SVP and General Manager at Right Management, leading regional transformation initiatives. With a strong background in managing education and corporate training divisions at Pearson Education, McGraw-Hill Education, and the American Management Association, Leonard brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to the education and talent development landscape. Leonard holds a BA in Business from Hope College.
