Paul Christian

Paul Christian is a seasoned professional in executive compensation and reward, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Reward at Pearson since February 2015, with prior roles including Vice President and Executive Reward Director. Formerly, Paul worked at Towers Watson from August 2009 to February 2015 as a Consultant and Associate in HR consulting, focusing on executive compensation and contributing to the Executive Compensation practice. Additional experience includes interim roles at Direct Line Group and a FTSE 100 natural resources company, providing support during critical business transitions. Earlier in the career, Paul held positions in actuarial consulting at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, HR administration at Liverpool Hope University, and served as an Officer Cadet in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Liverpool.
