Praise

Praise Ma is an innovative accounting educator advancing learning through creative teaching strategies. They have served as a facilitator at CPAWSB from 2017 to 2024, preparing students for the CPA Professional Education Program, and currently contribute to Pearson’s Editorial Advisory Board for Accounting. Praise has a rich background in auditing, having worked as a senior accountant at KPMG Canada from 2006 to 2011, where they led engagement teams and mentored CPA candidates. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Chartered Accountant designation, as well as a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. Presently, they are a visiting lecturer at Simon Fraser University, focusing on integrating advanced auditing tools into the curriculum.
