Rahul Ravi

Rahul Ravi is a finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in leading corporate development and M&A activities across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Finance & Strategy for Pearson Virtual Schools since June 2022, Rahul previously held the role of Chief of Staff to CEO Omar Abbosh, managing executive agendas and commitments. Prior to Pearson, Rahul was Head of Corporate Development at AQA, focusing on diversification through M&A and strategic partnerships. A notable tenure at EY included positions from Analyst to Director in Corporate Development, where Rahul acquired deep expertise in financial modeling and M&A advisory. Rahul began the career as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions with Lloyds Banking Group.
