Raphaëlle Thelemaque

Raphaëlle Thelemaque is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Shared Services and Country Operations at Pearson, where they lead the transformation of HR activities to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. With prior roles at Cisco, including local HR services lead and benefits delivery leader for EMEA and APJC, they have demonstrated expertise in managing HR operations and implementing strategic initiatives across diverse regions. Raphaëlle completed a Master’s in HR from Direction RH and holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Montpellier. Additionally, they are an active member of ANDRH La Réunion, contributing to HR discussions and initiatives.
