Ray Edwards

Ray Edwards has worked within the Education and Training Sector for over 30 years, currently serving as the Sales Director for Pearson Work Based Learning and EDI at Pearson UK. They joined Pearson in February 2004 as the National Manager for Wales, subsequently taking on management of UK teams and being appointed Director of Sales in 2009. Prior to their tenure at Pearson, Ray spent 25 years in the work-based learning field, including a decade in director roles at two Training and Enterprise Councils, and has held various positions including Board Member of Awards UK and college governor at two FE Colleges.
