Rohini Bhattacharya

Rohini Bhattacharya is a strategic and results-driven senior executive with extensive experience in transformation and product management within enterprise learning and skills. Currently serving as the Transformation & Delivery Director at Pearson, Rohini leads the delivery of a significant transformation portfolio integrating multiple global business units. Previously, they held leadership positions at Lancaster University, MEND Central Limited, and City and Islington College, where they focused on business development, partnership management, and operational delivery.
