Sam Mortimer

Sam Mortimer is the Director of Science at Co-op Academies Trust, where they lead on trust-wide strategy and school improvement initiatives. They possess extensive experience in both primary and secondary education, previously serving as Head of Science at Colne Valley High School and as an Assistant Curriculum Leader at Droylsden Academy. Sam has a strong background in pastoral care, having worked as a Head of Year, and has contributed as a Director and Trustee for Education Partnerships Africa. They hold an MPhys from the University of Oxford and multiple qualifications from The University of Manchester, including a PGCE and a Diploma in Education.
