Sam Rose

Sam Rose currently serves as the First Team Manager for Oxford United Women FC, a role held since November 2023. Alongside this position, Sam is engaged with The Football Association as a UEFA Coach Developer and Quality Developer since January 2022, and serves as an End Point Assessor for Pearson UK in the Sporting Excellence Professional Apprenticeship program. Previously, Sam held various coaching and managerial roles at Nottingham Forest FC, SLOCOACH, Aston Villa Football Club, and Burton Albion Football Club, where responsibilities ranged from youth development to professional coaching. Sam's coaching expertise is underpinned by extensive education, including ongoing studies in the Coaching Excellence Initiative and earlier qualifications from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and the University of Derby.
