Staci Budde

Staci Budde is an innovative and results-driven Director of School Operations with 18 years of experience in education, including more than a decade dedicated to leadership and organizational improvement within growing institutions. Currently at Pearson since 2021, Staci expertly delivers operational and academic performance for a portfolio of Partner Schools, while previously serving as an Assistant Principal and Academic Intervention Specialist at Connections Academy. Staci began their educational journey as a Teach for America Corps member in 2007 and has since worked in various roles, including teacher positions and as an adjunct college instructor. Staci holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arizona State University.
