Steel Ann

Steel Ann is currently the Head of Customer Orders at Pearson South Africa, where they manage a team and oversee supply chain operations to meet delivery deadlines. With extensive experience in client service and order management, Steel has previously held roles as a Client Service Manager and Print Coordinator. They began their career as a Marketing Manager at Scholar's Bookshop and a Sales Manager at Graffitti Art Gallery. Steel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economic History from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is pursuing a Management Document Programme to further their education.
