Stephanie Surfus is a dedicated professional in the education sector, currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at Pearson since 2022. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Harcourt (Cengage), Wiley, and Thomson Learning, where they exceeded sales goals and developed training programs that empowered sales teams. Stephanie's commitment to education and learner success is rooted in their own experience as a first-generation college graduate, and they are pursuing a Master's of Management in Leadership at Walsh College. With a Bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Biology from Ball State University, they continue to contribute to impactful learning solutions in Higher Education.
