Sue Bedward MSc

Sue Bedward MSc, CiPD, MCMI is a dedicated business owner and organizational development consultant, currently serving as the Founder and Director of the Midlands Business Leadership Academy, which Sue established in 2015. Sue has extensive experience in leadership development, having held roles as an Independent Apprentice Assessor for the Chartered Management Institute and a freelance Independent End Point Assessor for ILM. Sue is also a part-time Organizational Development Specialist at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, and a Non-Executive Director at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. Her academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University.
