Thomas Eberwein

Thomas Eberwein is currently the Director of HR Delivery at Pearson TalentLens, where they manage dynamic HR teams and lead various transformational programs. With extensive experience in project and program management, Thomas previously held roles at Cisco, including Chief of Staff and PMO manager, where they led teams in continuous improvement and employee experience initiatives. Earlier in their career, they contributed to Erickson Living as a Project Manager and supported projects for the U.S. Army at SAIC. Thomas began their professional journey as a Reporter and Sports Editor at Homestead Publishing, where they earned recognition for their journalistic work. They hold a degree in English and Mass Communications from Towson University.
