Tom Hill is an experienced leader in product management and service development within the higher education sector, currently serving as Head of Product Management - International Growth Initiatives at Pearson since September 2014. In this role, Tom oversees a team of Product Managers focused on a diverse portfolio that supports both existing and emerging products across global markets. Previous positions at Pearson include Head of Service Development for UK Higher Education, where Tom successfully launched four new products within two years, and Specialist Portfolio Manager, where a 50% increase in adoption rates was achieved. Prior to joining Pearson, Tom held various roles at McGraw-Hill Higher Education, focusing on content acquisition and editorial responsibilities. Tom holds a Media Studies degree from De Montfort University and completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA in 2018.
