Vikki Weston

Vikki Weston is currently the Director of R&D and Thought Leadership at Pearson, where they have worked since 2017, managing programmes related to efficacy and learning. Vikki has extensive experience in project management and business integration gained through various roles at Pearson and Edexcel, including serving as a Project Manager and Graduate Management Trainee. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Creative Writing from Royal Holloway, University of London, and possess skills in business transformation, product development, and public speaking. Vikki is recognized for their energetic and organized approach, along with a talent for motivating others and improving processes.
