Wendy Mudd

Wendy Mudd, PMP, is a Program Manager in State Services with over 25 years of experience in project and people management across telecommunications and assessment testing. Previously, Wendy served as a Senior Project Manager at NCS Pearson, where they collaborated with New Jersey and Tennessee to deliver paper testing assessments and mentored incoming project managers. Currently, Wendy leads initiatives on the Virginia team, focusing on processing, online scoring, and reporting while seeking process improvements and enhancing customer communication. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Mount Mercy College.
