Will Nash

Will Nash is the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Head of the Employment Legal Team at Pearson, where they are responsible for all employment law matters globally outside the US and Canada. They have held various legal positions at Pearson since 2007, including serving as the first Employment Counsel for the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. Will is also a Trustee Director of the Pearson Pension Plan and a Non-Executive Director at Pearson Pension Trustee Services Limited. Prior to their work at Pearson, they were a Senior Associate at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, advising on employment issues across various sectors. Will earned a BA (Hons) in Modern History from the University of Oxford and completed their legal training at The University of Law.
