Xavier Webb

Xavier Webb is a passionate educator with over 20 years of experience in K-12 public schools and higher education. Currently serving as a Senior Area Director at Pearson, they have previously held positions as an English Teacher at Mercer County Schools, a Psychometrician at IQ Innovations, and an Education Program Specialist at the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. Xavier's academic background includes an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and a focus on Educational Research, Measurement, and Assessment from the University of Kentucky, where they also earned a M.Ed. in School Administration. Throughout their career, Xavier has developed and implemented innovative education assessment products and successfully managed funded research projects totaling over $3.5 million.
