Zoe Benfield has an extensive background in education, training, and management, currently serving as Lead IQA for Customer Service and Business Administrator EPA at Pearson since August 2017. From July 2013 to May 2017, Zoe worked as a Training Consultant at HTP Apprenticeship College, managing a portfolio of over 50 learners across various qualifications. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include founding FitZo, an outdoor fitness company, and Bubblez, a swim school for children. Zoe’s earlier experience includes roles such as Deputy Club Manager and Customer Service Trainer at InterContinental Hotels Group and Duty Manager/Swimming Coordinator at Holbrook Recreation Centre. Educationally, Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science in Water Sports Science from the University of Portsmouth and A' Levels in Biology and Environmental Science from St Vincent College.
