David LeBar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Their most recent role is as an Operations Manager at Peat, where they are responsible for leading operations for the logistics/delivery business unit. Prior to that, they were an OD50 Fellow at On Deck. David also worked as an Operations Partner at AbstractOps, where they managed client relationships and employees in the Help Me Tier, focusing on back-office challenges for startups.
Before joining AbstractOps, David worked at Cintas for several years, starting as a Management Trainee and progressing to General Manager, Advanced Service Manager, and Basic Service Manager roles. In these positions, they were responsible for revenue, profit, customer and employee retention, and inventory management.
David also gained internship experience at Merrill Lynch and AMT Advertising. Overall, David LeBar has demonstrated expertise in operations management, client relationship management, and business strategy.
David LeBar attended the College of the Holy Cross from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. David also obtained a certification as a Strategy & Ops Mentee from The Commons in July 2022.
