Hiroki S. started their work experience in 2010 as a Junior Account Manager at Perl Metal Ltd., where they built partnerships with clients and worked closely with retail buyers in the kitchenware and outdoor industry. Hiroki then worked as a Localization Tester at Volt Workforce Solutions in 2015. In 2016, they joined the Japan Association for Working Holiday Makers as a Consultative Sales representative, where they led seminar events and had meetings with customers to determine their study abroad needs. From 2018 to 2020, Hiroki worked as a Barista in the specialty coffee industry and eventually started their own business selling coffee and original drinks in London. In 2020, they joined Delivery Hero as a Sales Representative, managing relationships with restaurant partners and exceeding sales performance KPIs. In 2021, they were promoted to Enterprise Account Executive, taking on responsibilities such as developing operational and marketing strategies. Most recently, Hiroki joined Peatix in 2022 as a Community Partnership Manager.

Hiroki S. attended Upper Madison College from 2014 to 2015, where they studied General English. Prior to that, they enrolled in Meikai University from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature. Hiroki has also obtained additional certifications, including a TOEIC 820 in December 2020 and an IELTS Academic 6.0 in July 2016, which was obtained from IELTS Official.
