Taylor Grimes

Taylor Grimes has over 12 years of work experience in various roles within the IT and film production industries. Most recently, in 2022, they held the position of Director of IT & Security at Peatix. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as an IT Consultant at Abstract. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at GitHub in several positions, including Director of IT, Senior Manager, IT, Manager, Corporate IT, and IT Generalist. Before that, they worked as an IT Support Engineer at Pivotal Labs from 2013 to 2015. In 2012, they had roles as a DP/Editor at both Tiny Attic Productions and KPT Productions. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Support Technician at TigerTech and as an IT Support Analyst at the University of Missouri. In 2011, they had a film production internship at Pure Media, and in 2010, they served as the Music Director at KCOU-FM 88.1.

Taylor Grimes completed their Bachelor of Journalism degree in Magazine Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2004 to 2008. They later pursued an Information Technology degree at the same university and received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in that field from 2009 to 2012.
