Michael Tessler

Michael Tessler is an accomplished executive and advisor with extensive experience in technology and business development. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at True North Advisory since April 2020, Michael collaborates with a team to assist entrepreneurs in scaling customer experience businesses. Michael also holds several advisory roles, including Non Executive Director at Boldyn Networks, Advisory Board Member at Pebble, and Strategic Advisor at both GIGXR and AustinGIS™. Michael's previous positions include Cloud Calling & BroadSoft Business Leader at Cisco and CEO of BroadSoft, along with board advisory roles at ReFirm Labs and Datalogue. Michael earned a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University, complemented by a DEC in Science from Vanier College.
