Pebble is a training and coach-mentoring training provider, based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire that specialises in providing leadership and management solutions that are designed to meet the specific needs of our clients.

At Pebble we believe that leadership is not just about getting things done, it's just as much about creating an environment where people want to come to work every day and do their best. To do this you need a trusted training and development partner who can guide you, advise you and be there for you.

As a qualified coach and an experienced training facilitator, I assist businesses in developing a culture that supports high performance and quality leadership standards. My approach is to work with my clients to strengthen their confidence, effectiveness, and self-awareness to help them reach their full potential and develop into more prominent leaders.

My style of coaching is holistic, calm and empowering, yet it also works wonders at inspiring individual challenges. Through the use of attentive listening and insightful questioning, my main goal is always to make sure that my client's experience is positive and delivers lasting change, with 'shifts' in their way of thinking to broaden their perspective.

I have years of experience working with successful business owners, young professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, and leaders who are still unsure of their worth. This uncertainty affects how well they perform in their daily lives and businesses.

If you want the best from your employees, and want to create a great culture of effective leadership, you need a training provider like Pebble who will map out and implement the specific needs of your organisation and then provide solutions that are engaging, easy to follow, and straight forward enough for your employees to implement.
