Milton Pappas is the Head of Commercial for North America at Klarna, where they leverage their extensive experience in media, retail, eCommerce, and technology. Milton's career includes significant leadership roles such as Chief Digital Officer at RTW Retailwinds and Vice President of eCommerce at Toys"R"Us, where they managed multi-billion dollar portfolios. Additionally, Milton served as Chief Marketing Officer at Hudson's Bay Company and was a founding team member of Toplooks.ai, contributing to its acquisition by Klarna. They are currently pursuing an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University.
