Education is a core element of our provision, and our ground-breaking Adapt Learning model offers blended pathways, tailored to individual needs, through Remote and Classroom Learning, Therapeutic Approach, Vocational Development, and Outdoor Education. 

All this is supported by the invaluable input of our specialist team of in-house Forensic Psychologists, who provide the direct and indirect psychological support that enables children to recover from early adversities and flourish through adulthood.

The Financial Director oversees budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to maintain the fiscal health of the organisation. The Finance Procurement Officer handles the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and value. The Compliance Officer Regulation 44 ensures the organisation's operations and practices comply with applicable laws and standards, safeguarding the welfare and rights of the children and young people in our care.
