Mr Tan Teck Seng is our Director, of Projects since August 2015, and is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of the Company’s Tank Terminal EPC and EPCm projects in Singapore and the Middle East. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Industry.
