Teresa Busch has extensive work experience in healthcare organizations, specifically in the field of Patient Engagement Centers (PEC360). Teresa started their tenure at PEC360 in 2012 as a Production Manager and later took on roles such as Director of Operations and Vice President Operations. As Director of Operations, they were responsible for creating and managing PECs to support healthcare organizations in proactively managing their patient population. Their expertise includes bringing together people, process, and technology to facilitate "Physician-Directed Patient Population Management." Teresa's most recent role as Vice President Operations began in August 2022.
From 2009 to 2011, Teresa Busch attended Miller-Motte Technical College-North Charleston. During this time, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician.
