Scott Leonard is a seasoned professional in the energy efficiency sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Residential projects at Energy Trust of Oregon since February 2016. With a background that includes a role as Trade Ally Coordinator at PECI, Scott has been instrumental in guiding new construction contractors on building energy-efficient homes that qualify for incentives. Prior experience includes positions such as Associate Manager for New Homes at CLEAResult and Program Manager at Westside Transportation Alliance. Scott began their career as a Retail Manager at Rapid Refill Ink. Academically, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Portland State University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
