Restaurants still measure inventory by hand.

Peckish turns hospitality inventory into real-time data.

Our AI-powered video stocktakes automatically measure what’s actually on the shelf — replacing manual counts that take hours and are often inaccurate. By creating reliable, high-frequency inventory data, Peckish helps operators control costs, reduce shrinkage, and make better decisions across ordering, costing, and operations.

The global foodservice industry generates trillions in revenue each year, yet physical inventory — one of its largest cost centres — is still tracked manually. This lack of visibility leads to billions in lost margin and significant food waste. Peckish is building the system that measures that reality.

By helping operators understand exactly what they have in stock, Peckish reduces over-ordering, improves production planning, and prevents unnecessary waste across the food supply chain.

We are already live across 100+ venues across Europe and the US, with integrations into leading POS platforms including Toast, Lightspeed and Square.

Our team combines ex-Uber operators and machine learning engineers with deep hospitality experience.

If you're building the future of hospitality, supply chains, or AI infrastructure — we’d love to connect.
