William Botelho Lopes

William Botelho Lopes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. William currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success at Pedbot since January 2021. Prior to that, from February to June 2021, they served as the Head of Customer Success at PedFarma. In 2020, they worked as a Facilitator of Corporate Training at IBS - International Business School Americas from December 2020 to February 2021, and as a Market Agent at FIA Business School from August 2020 to February 2021. From February 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a Local Innovation Agent at Sebrae-SP, where they supported small businesses in implementing innovation management practices. Before that, they gained financial analysis experience as an Analyst at Rodomassa Industria de Argamassa from August 2018 to August 2020. Additionally, they had internships at SicoobCocred and Sicredi from August 2016 to December 2017 and January 2016 to August 2017, respectively.

William Botelho Lopes completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration from UNIVEM - Centro Universitário Eurípides de Marília, studying from 2014 to 2017. William then pursued further education by completing an MBA in Controladoria e Finanças, specializing in Finance, from the same university, studying from 2018 to 2019.
