Sandra Peña is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Client Partner and Head of the Chicago Office at Pedersen & Partners since 2025, Sandra has previously held significant roles including Head of Search & Succession for the Americas at EQUIIDA and Partner at Hanold Associates LLC, where a strong focus on client management and executive recruitment was established. Prior experience includes positions at Korn Ferry, CEB (now Gartner), Euromonitor International, Alliance Laundry Systems, and Oshkosh Corporation, demonstrating a solid background in international sales, marketing, and finance.
