Stephan Niser is a seasoned executive search professional currently serving as Client Partner in the Private Equity Practice Europe at Pedersen & Partners, a leading international executive search firm. With a robust background in private equity advisory, Stephan previously held the position of Head of Private Equity CFO Practice at AlphaSkill from 2020 to 2023. Prior experience includes five years as General Manager Germany at Executives' Global Network Deutschland and roles at Pedersen & Partners and Catenon Worldwide Executive Search, where expertise in managing international operations and executive searches was developed.
