Tom Gallagher

Tom Gallagher is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in HR management. Since February 2021, Tom has served as HR Manager and Human Resources Generalist at PediaTrust LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions to support organizational needs. Prior to this, Tom worked at Target as a Human Resources Expert, managing payroll, recruitment, and employee training while fostering compliance with HR policies. Experience also includes a role as HR Coordinator at Fog Software Group, where Tom processed payroll for a large number of employees and managed HRIS systems. Tom's career at Target began in 2008, progressing through roles involving team leadership, recruitment, performance management, and operational oversight.
