Daniela Sperotto

Daniela Sperotto has worked in various Human Resources positions throughout their career. Daniela started as an Account Manager at Randstad Italia in 2002 and then moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at Selecta Digital S.p.A. from 2003 to 2010. Daniela then joined Pedon Group as a Human Resources Manager in 2011, where they remained until 2020. Currently, Daniela holds the position of Human Resources Director at Pedon Group, which they started in 2021.

Daniela Sperotto holds a Laurea degree in Sociology with a focus on Organizational, Economic, and Labor studies from Facoltà di Sociologia - Trento. Daniela completed their degree in 2001. Prior to that, Daniela obtained their High School Diploma from Liceo Linguistico G.A. Farina in 1993. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Competence - Potential Development Analyzer Junior from Organismo di Certificazione - KHC in November 2020.
