Ryan Treft

Ryan Treft is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a focus on consumer products and e-commerce ventures. Currently a Partner at Upward Partners, LLC, Ryan has a track record of revitalizing distressed companies since January 2021. As a Partner at Peejamas and Coalatree, and President of Jawbone Ventures, Ryan co-founded and invested in various startups spanning outdoor gear, fashion, and digital marketing. In addition to extensive entrepreneurial experience, Ryan has served as an Adjunct Professor at Weber State University, educating students in Sales and Marketing. Previously, Ryan held executive roles including CEO at Brandless, Inc. and President at IFS Distributors, supporting over 100 e-commerce clients. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Technical Sales from Weber State University and a Master's program at Gonzaga University.
