PEEK. (Engineering, Estimating and Design) is a Brisbane-based, multi-disciplinary building services engineering firm with a growing specialist lighting design division. We partner with architects, developers, builders and contractors to deliver design-led, high-end residential, hospitality, and retail projects across Queensland and Northern New South Wales spanning from the Sunshine Coast to Byron Bay region.

Our goal is to preserve and strengthen our existing client relationships while aligning with clients who want to push the boundaries of design. We are intentionally moving toward projects where engineering detail and architectural intent matter most, luxury hotels, statement-piece residential developments, and benchmark hospitality venues are our target.

PEEK. is not a “standard engineering” firm. We engineer with an eye for detail and fine design, protecting design intent without sacrificing the functionality, or buildability. Resolving constraints early, providing compliant solutions with a practical approach to the operational outcomes. The result is engineering that not only performs but maintains the architectural vision.

Complementing this approach, our specialist lighting design division gives us the ability to create “artwork” through light. We use light and shadow play to enhance form, reveal texture, create movement, highlight key elements, and shape the experience of a space. Our lighting is intentional and integrated, allowing PEEK. to visually stamp its presence on a project through a distinctive signature: ‘Lit by PEEK’

We’re committed to designing the future while enhancing the present.
