Brock Bird possesses extensive experience in customer success and support across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Success and Retention Operations at Podium since May 2019, Brock has held various roles including Manager of the Customer Success Team and Customer Success Manager. Additionally, Brock has been with Peek.com since March 2016, progressing from a Technical Support Specialist to the Senior Support/Success Team Lead. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at Best Buy and an LDS Missionary in Human Resources for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Early career experience includes a Sales Associate position at Foot Locker. Brock holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Utah State University, completed in 2015, and graduated from Jordan High School in 2009.
