We help organizations improve and innovate their services by identifying true opportunities and designing human-centered solutions. So let us peel the banana together, and go from “now” to “wow”!

We offer (a combination of) the following services:
· Research
Before jumping to conclusions, we first examine the bigger picture and perform stakeholder-, technology- and business research.
· Facilitation
We specialise in organising and facilitating design jams and workshops for each step of your innovation track, from discovery to ideation to business case development.
· Design
Through wireframes, prototypes and service blueprints, we make your solutions tangible for all stakeholders and user tests.
· User testing
We design and facilitate tests, recruit participants and report the facts and figures to support decisions on each step of the way.
· Pitch
We help your team in defining the scope, priorities and roadmap for the implementation, and to build a business case and a pitch to convince the decision makers.
· Train
We can introduce design thinking and service design to your organisation through our regular program of training courses or a custom training or coaching program.
· Business analysis
Once a (concept) solution has been chosen, we can conduct a deeper business- & process analysis and provide IT with the right requirements.
